Pre-order shipping starts in November 2025. We ship in the order in which orders are received.

🛠️ How long does assembly take – do I need tools?

The frame is a plug-in system, no tools required.
You'll be ready to go in 5-10 minutes (alone or with a partner).

🧺 Can I wash the fabrics?

Yes, hand wash or gentle cycle at max. 30°C, do not tumble dry.

💳 What payment methods are available and can I cancel?

We accept credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple/Google Pay and advance payments.
You can cancel pre-orders free of charge until they are shipped; after that, your 14-day right of withdrawal applies.
