2. Contracting parties and conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with VOXLY studio – owner: David Fischnaller.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy now" / "Pre-order" button, you place a binding order. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order by sending you an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and payment
All prices quoted are final prices according to § 19 UStG (small business regulation, no VAT shown).
The available payment methods (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal) are displayed during the ordering process.
4. Delivery and shipping
The delivery conditions (delivery times, shipping costs, pre-order information) can be found on our “ Shipping & Returns ” page.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
The conditions and consequences of the cancellation are regulated in our cancellation policy .
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In these cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.
9. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has his or her habitual residence remain applicable.
